Hive never uses your data to train public AI models. Hive’s AI is powered by leading language models built by Anthropic and securely hosted in the EU via Amazon Web Services (AWS). We encrypt your information, comply with GDPR, and embed confidentiality into everything we do. 

Committed to confidentiality

As we integrate AI into our platform, we maintain the same high standards: your feedback data is never used to identify individuals, and we ensure that all AI-generated insights are depersonalised and secure. Trust is fundamental, and we work hard to earn and keep it—at every step.

Built for fairness

We rigorously test our AI tools to identify and minimise bias, particularly in areas like sentiment analysis and theme detection. Our models are built to reflect every voice fairly- so you can trust the insights are accurate and inclusive.

Made with accountability in mind

We’ve added smart “Guardrails” to filter unsafe or inaccurate content and keep AI use on track. All outputs are reviewed regularly, and users get clear feedback if something doesn’t meet standards. Built-in reporting makes it easy to flag and fix issues fast.
