HR Ninjas Hive HR Subscription Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Hive HR Ltd (Hive), company no. 09568666, whose registered office is at 4th Floor, Adamson House, 65 Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1SG.

The competition is open to residents in and outside of the United Kingdom, over the age of 18, except employees of Hive HR and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or execution of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Opening date for entries is 7th May 2025. Closing date for entry will be 6th June 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

- Competition entry is exclusive to members of the HR Ninjas community.
- Applicants must complete the form found at https://www.hive.hr/lp/hr-ninjas/
- The competition is only available to be won by new customers. Existing Hive customers are not eligible for the prize.

Hive HR reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition due to force majeure will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

There is a total of one, 12 month subscription to Hive to be won. This prize draw entitles entrants to the chance to win a 12 month subscription to Hive. The subscription is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

The winner will receive a 12 month subscription to the full suite of Hive HR’s software; Hive Surveying, Open Door, Hive Fives and Hive Messenger.

The winner will have full access to Hive’s Support and Customer Success teams during their subscription.
The prize does not include People Science consultancy.

The winners will be randomly selected from all entries received and verified by Hive.

The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Hive HR’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@hive.hr.

Entrants are providing your information to Hive and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.hive.hr/legal/.

During the initial setup Hive HR will be responsible for data uploads into the platform. Thereafter data management will be the responsibility of the customer via the software.

Once accepted the winner will enter into a 12-month contract, at a mutually agreed date to commence before 01/01/2026. Both parties will follow the standard terms and conditions detailed in Hive’s Master Service Agreement. No adjustments or amends to the contractual clauses will be accepted. If the winner is unwilling to accept the terms of the MSA, they will forfeit the prize.
