Why You Should Include Everybody in Survey Design

On today’s episode of Hive in Session, our resident host Ben Lind once again talks to People Science extraordinaire, and former Director of People Science at Hive, Ryan Tahmassebi, as they explore the power of inclusivity in survey design.

Ryan talk’s about how being included in something is a big motivator for people to participate.  Making people feel like they are part of the survey rather than it just being a ‘task’ the organisation needs to deliver.  They also discuss finding the perfect blend between questions that help the organisation understand what it needs and helps individuals open up about their current concerns.  All in the time it takes to make Thai Chai latte!

So, do you include your employee’s in your survey design right now? Is it time you start to explore how you can use the power of inclusivity to create a greater connection to your surveys?
