We’d recommend that you make sure you’ve read the job advert fully and have done your research on the company beforehand. During the interview itself show us your motivation and ambition. Giving clear and concise answers is always best so try not to ramble. We’d also love it if you have some questions to ask us so have a couple prepared. Most importantly, be yourself!

You’ll need to bring your proof of right to work in the UK. A passport is probably easiest but here is a list of other options. We’ll remind you of this before the interview anyway.

Design plays a crucial role at Hive. From brand positioning, to story-telling and data visualisation, it helps communicate our mission simply.

We’re hiring a Design Lead to raise the bar on our creative output and build the systems that help the wider team design confidently without creating bottlenecks or brand risk.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be the sole designer in a lean, experienced marketing team, trusted to think critically, prioritise well, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
